This paddle should be approved. It has top tier power with top tier spin. Control and pop is amazing. The core and grip take all the stress off your arm and shoulder.
Both Elongated and wide body are one of the best paddles on the market.

I really feel like I can place the ball anywhere I want with this paddle! It also has good power to put the ball away! If you want both this is a great choice.

For the past few days, I've been putting the X2 Pro paddle through its paces, and I can confidently say it has elevated my game. From the moment I unboxed it, the quality was evident. The ergonomic, cushioned grip felt secure and comfortable, even during extended rallies in the sweltering afternoon sun. No more hand fatigue!
What truly sets this paddle apart is its generous sweet spot. Even on slightly off-center hits, the ball responds predictably, minimizing unforced errors. After testing many paddles, this one is a keeper.

Perfect blend of power and control…love it!

This paddle was fantastic for my drives. It has plenty of grit for spin. I compare it to the Kevlar X4 with a bit more power. Thick 16mm core. 3 layer Kevlar that definitely assures me it will last.

I have played with X-4 and X-1. I think the faster swing weight is a benefit to x-4 and allows for similar control and power-excellent on both. If you’d like faster volleys-give it a try.

I’m a 71 y/o 3.5 recreational player. I play 4 to 5 times per week and I absolutely love this paddle. Every aspect of this paddle has exceeded my expectations. It’s super forgiving, stable, powerful, and yet very easy to hit blocks resets and dinks. I purchased a Gen 3 Flix about two months ago, and I like the Flix F1 XC better the the Gen 3 Flix. For $80, this is a steal. Since I received it I have played with it almost exclusively. Another great paddle Body Helix.

This paddle meets all the requirements you could ever need to play pickleball at any level.
It has it all, power,touch,spin and pop.
The Power is controllable but more than you will need. The spin and touch is top tier. No vibration when hitting the ball even off center strikes.
I highly recommend this paddle line as well as anything else they make.

This paddle is TONS of fun, even when I rarely drive with it (my style is more dink and drop and well, I was trying to avoid hurting people). As others have said, it's an overpowered paddle, but to stop at that or employ only a banger style with this paddle would be a waste of its potential. It has a unique combination of great dwell and high pop & power that can create ridiculous spin while still giving decent touch. With enough topspin, you can do unspeakable things with it. My favorite shot on this paddle is the angled drip on the 3rd against an approaching opponent, which have broken many ankles and made people literally fall over trying to get to the ball.

Besides drives, midcourt counters and flicks are also crazy dangerous. If your mechanic utilizes a lot of spin, the paddle becomes much easier to control. The dwell also helps a lot with drops and resets. I've tried other high powered foam core paddles, and feel I could control the F1 easier than those or the Joola Gen 3s. It also has good sweetspot and stability. There is no other paddle on the market like it, and will guarantee some "holy sh*t" moments on the court. Props to Body Helix for coming up with a wildly interesting paddle, and for the commitment to quality - it's a very well made product with great finish and details.

I bought the F1 sandblaster and left a review about too much firepower due to the possible disbonding of the core. Bodyhelix contacted me and sent me the F1 XC as the replacement. The F1 XC has a more flush feel and control compared to F1, I guess the density of foam core is different (F1 XC has a higher density), and the most importantly, the cracking noise from the bottom corner of F1 is fixed. The power is still there when you need it, but not as crazy as the F1 sandblaster. Overall, I think the F1 XC is an improved version of F1.

The F1 XC had a great feel and a soft touch. It brought more control without sacrificing too much power. I found the XC to be a much more approachable option. The F1 is like driving in the fast lane—pedal to the floor, white-knuckling the whole way. It’s a rush, but a little crazy. The XC, on the other hand, is much more user-friendly—it allows you to get on and off the gas. Very impressive work bringing more control without losing the all of the power.
