SHIPPING
Delivery Timeframes and Carrier Delays
Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier based on their published service standards. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and select reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as final delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Our Shipping Commitment:
- We will ship your order by the timeframes stated above (same day for orders before 1:00 pm ET Monday-Friday, next business day for all others)
- We will provide accurate tracking information once your order ships
- We will use the shipping service level you selected at checkout
Carrier Delays: Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather events, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, customs delays (for international shipments), or other force majeure events.
If Your Expedited Shipment Arrives Late: If you selected an expedited shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, etc.) and your package arrives later than the carrier's estimated delivery date:

Our Responsibility: If we failed to ship your order on time according to our shipping commitment above, we will refund your shipping costs in full.

Carrier Responsibility: If we shipped on time but the carrier failed to deliver by their estimated date, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier for a shipping refund, as many carriers (including USPS) offer refunds for late expedited services. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

Customer Service: While we are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, we value your business and will work with you to find a reasonable resolution. Please contact customer.service@flikpickleball.com if your expedited shipment arrives late.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping methods (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, etc.) provide estimated delivery windows but are not guaranteed services. Refunds are not available for delays on standard shipping methods.
We recommend giving the USPS 2-3 days if they mark a package delivered and you don't see it. They are prone to marking packages delivered but not actually delivering them for a few days. Or, you can choose UPS as your method of shipment.
If your package is lost by UPS, please reach out to us so we can start a claim for you. UPS takes photos of all packages delivered to residential addresses. We can use that photo to start a claim.
For other issues, such as theft, we will help the claims process, but understand that you will be responsible if the claim is denied. Please make sure your package is delivered to a safe and secure location. We will make every effort to work with you, including starting the claims process for you. FACTORY PICKUP
We allow Factory Pickup for those who are close to our Greensboro location. Please choose factory pickup in the checkout process. We will notify you by email and/or text when you order is ready for pickup and give you instructions about where to find your order once you arrive at our location at 107 Creek Ridge Rd Suite E. Most orders placed before 2pm will be ready for pickup same day, if the order is placed Mon-Fri. All orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be available for pickup on Monday, unless the item is out of stock. Please do not come to our location before you receive notification that your order is ready. We are not a retail location and will not be able to sell you any items directly. All orders must be placed online.
