Makes the weak strong and the strong stronger. Loaned to 2 friends to try and they both love it and want one of their own.

Loaned this paddle to the pro at my club and I CANNOT GET IT BACK FROM HIM because he likes it so much! Very powerful paddle.

The grit on the paddle was exceptionally well-crafted. I appreciate the extended handle of a standard paddle design. My block and reset techniques were effective, with minimal pop-ups. My primary paddle was the Paddle Tek ESQ, which offers enhanced power in both drives and serves than the Flik but overall still a good paddle to play with for the price.

FLiK F1 Elongated Pickleball Paddle - USAP Approved

Bought for myself as a birthday gift.
Being a malaysian , where the big names in pickleball brands reign supreme , i wanted to go against the grain . Got meself a f1 SMH hybrid . SUPER PLUSH feel , no "uncontrollable pop" like the youtubers say . dinks and resets were easy (then again my game is "all drive no dink all the time everytime") U need to play with it to understand .
HIGHLY 10000x recommended!!

Introduction
Body Helix has built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of pickleball paddle design. They were the first to introduce a paddle with internal holes (the F1 Terracore), a concept that has since been copied by other manufacturers.
Now, with the release of the Falcon Elongated, Body Helix is again breaking new ground.
This paddle introduces a unique core construction that layers EPP foam with natural cork dwell pads beneath a carbon fiber face.
The combination is designed to:
• Spread impact evenly across the paddle face
• Reduce vibration and sound
• Increase dwell time for better control
It’s an innovation that feels destined to be imitated once word gets out.
Specifications
• Thickness: 13 MM
• Shape: Elongated
• Surface: T700 Carbon Fiber (3 layers of raw Toray carbon)
• Weight: ~8.05 oz (mine came in at 7.9 oz)
• Handle Length: 5.5"
• Grip Size: 4.15"
• Total Length: 16.5"
• Width: 7.5"
• Patent-pending full EPP foam core
• Cork dwell pads
• Balance Point: 24.4
• Twist Weight: 6.0
• Swing Weight: 118
Performance
Going in, I had two big questions:
1. Could such a thin, lightweight paddle deliver real power?
2. Would an EPP core make the paddle feel hard to control, like my experience with the F1 Elongated?
The answers surprised me:
• Power: Yes, plenty of it. For such a thin paddle, the Falcon packs a punch.
• Control: Excellent. It felt far more manageable than the F1.
I started with touch shots—dinks, resets, and third-shot drops. My expectation was that the 13 MM build might compromise soft play, but the Falcon handled flawlessly. The cork-enhanced EPP core seemed to give me extra forgiveness on delicate shots. Another player who tested it said that it felt “plush.” That is a great descriptor.
Next, I tested serves and drives. With its light weight, I worried about keeping balls in control. Instead, my shots came off the paddle laser-accurate—hard, flat, and never sailing long. The paddle’s higher swing weight adds noticeable stability without making it feel sluggish in the hand. It’s a rare balance.
Finally, I tested off-center performance, given the 6.0 twist weight. I had a partner fire rapid shots at me at the net. Even when contact was less than perfect, the Falcon didn’t twist once. While not every block was perfect, the paddle’s stability meant I could redirect balls deep without losing confidence.
Regarding spin, my spin on serves, both topspin and side spin, was excellent. I like to return eves using underspin, and the ball hugged the ground as it is supposed to.
Lastly, I used in play where I got into a few firefights. The light weight of the paddle combined with the foam core made it fantastic in fast, back-to-back hard shots. I just had to meet the ball to shoot it back at an opponent.
Bottom Line
The Body Helix Falcon Elongated is a rare blend of lightweight speed, surprising power, and cutting-edge technology. If you’re looking for a paddle that feels quick in the hand but still delivers stability, precision, and pop, this one is worth serious consideration.
For players who want to stay ahead of the curve, the Falcon represents the next step in paddle design—and one that competitors will likely scramble to copy.

Its my go to paddle for rec play, the power is there when you need it.

Another winner. This paddle is well balanced. Speed and power and spin.
Resets and blocks are easy.
Another winner

Nice pop and power and was able to control drops and drinks. Nice paddle.

I got 3 new paddles and testing them simultaneously... SLK Era power WB, GB GX2 hyb and SMH std. Very obvious the BH has more power and pop.
My opponent says he can't take it , either too fast or dipping so much. Even if he can block it, the spin is so much, he can't control the incoming ball
Spin is crazy. I can drive hard 2 feet from the kitchen and the ball land 1 feet from the base line.
I thought my drops will be bad but every drop went in. All I need to do is brush up lightly, let the paddle do it's job.
Thinking of buying the smh hybrid next.
Very fun paddle. Go get one

FLiK F1 smh Hybrid

Lots of pop from the net, dink has lots of shape and feel, and full swings from baseline feels crisp. Transition zone takes a little work to keep it from popping up on resets, but doable.

I like the way the clothing looked and felt nice material

Amazing. After many hours and several friends trying we all agree controllable elite power. Sleeper paddle. Opponents said receiving the ball feels like a Shockwave. Dinks drops resets just relax paddle does the rest. Well done Body Helix.
