The FLiK F1 Elongated Paddle has a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or paddle abuse/neglect. Please contact customer.service@bodyhelix.com to start the warranty replacement process.

We make every effort to ship your paddle the same day when ordered Mon-Fri before noon. Orders placed after noon will be shipped next business day. If we are overwhelmed during the initial launch, we will make every effort to contact you with details.
Returns on paddles that have been hit or had the plastic removed are accepted up to 7 days after receipt. Paddles that have not been hit or had the plastic removed can be returned for up to 30 days. You can start the return by contacting customer.service@bodyhelix.com
