We built a paddle with the speed of a 13mm core but with the dwell and feel of an 16mm paddle.  Cork Dwell Pads give you extra spin for precision and control.  A PBCoR Score of .43 makes this a powerful tool for both offense and defense.

Paddle plays true to what Body Helix advertised. Great power but much better touch and control

I feel in control

I've had this paddle over 3 weeks and really enjoy playing with it. I've seen some video reviews that say it's difficult to control, chaotic or jarring. Nonsense. Hit the cork sweet spot and it feels perfect, so you can let it rip but off-center shots are also controllable. My third shot drops and lobs go where I want them and resets are also under control. I recommend giving it a try.

I absolutely love this paddle. It feels very similar to the F1 and it fells great in the hand. The cork dwell pads definitely add dwell time and it is so fun to play with right now.
