Product Description

The Biceps-Triceps Helix bicep tendonitis brace is ideal for management of injuries to your upper arm muscles and tendons, enabling you to play through minor pulls/strains/tears/spasms and whatever else you may call the pain you want to manage while you Move Through It.

Our bicep compression sleeve is also an excellent choice for prevention of injuries and re-injuries, warming the muscles of the upper arm to increase blood flow and keeping your biceps and triceps warm throughout your workout or competition.

People who have had a full-thickness tear of the biceps muscle (Popeye arm) enjoy the additional support that our bicep compression band lends during exercise.

A Great Way to Keep Things Together

The word on the street - as well as in the doctor's office - is that surgery is not recommended for a torn bicep, unless your bicep belongs to an athlete or a construction worker. Well, I was both of those things, but now, at 70 years old, when mine tore while I was doing bicep curls, I was quite disappointed in the prognosis. It won't heal. But the Helix Bicep Compression Sleeve gives me a lot of support during workouts and snow shoveling. I may get another for the other bicep ~ just to keep it together. Great quality and fit, and moves with me as I move.

I have a partially torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon and I CrossFit. This sleeve has helped immensely by providing compression and warmth during my workouts. I'm grateful for Body Helix making an upper arm only compression sleeve whereas most companies only make full arm or elbow sleeves.
