Thanks to John Kew review on YouTube I found out about this paddle. The x4 Kevlar is by far the best kevlar paddle out there. I've owned almost all of them. The power and spin is really good. Better than advertised. The control is what really surprised me. Dinks and drops was easy
No problem resetting either. Serving was great. Then to top it off it's the best looking paddle out there. The cover is really awesome. Who cares that much that they would put the best paddle cover out there. It's not a cheap cover. Very impressed with this company. I just ordered another paddle after just playing and day with my x4

Finally, I have found glasses that work for me! I've been through numerous brands and always have a hard time finding glasses that fit my smaller frame. The Body Helix glasses are super comfortable and lightweight, and the quality of the lens is really clear. They are wide and don't distract your view in any way, providing good peripheral vision. For the quality and price, these can't be beat!!!

I added to my apparel collection with shorts and shirts. The apparel is attractive, very well made and keeps me cool in all of the hot weather we have been having. I also got shirts for a friend, so he could spread the word about Body Helix. And I continue to enjoy my Body Helix paddle. I added five weights to it, and the power is great.

A paddle for several levels.

I use the X-1 paddle which is great. I also use the shoulder and elbow compression products which without I couldn't even play at all. I am very thankful to Body Helix !
