Our Body Helix Low Back Compression Wrap delivers uniform, medical-grade (20-30 mmHg) support to your sacroiliac joint, hips, and lower lumbar area.

Measruing 5” (13cm) wide and crafted from a 3 mm thick, latex-free closed-cell synthetic rubber core wrapped in high-stretch fabric with durable six-thread flatlock seams, our fully adjustable low back compression wrap locks securely to your skin to prevent slipping without bulky straps or heavy buckles. The therapeutic compression and warmth increase blood flow to reduce pain and inflammation associated with sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, lower lumbar strains, hip pain, and lower back arthritis that causes muscle spasms.
