Our Body Helix Knee Compression Band delivers targeted, medical-grade (20-30 mmHg) support and therapeutic warmth directly to your patellar tendon without unnecessary bulk or awkward straps.

Crafted from a 3 mm thick, latex-free closed-cell synthetic rubber core wrapped in high-stretch polyester fabric with six-thread flatlock seams, our knee compression band locks securely to your skin to prevent slipping during intense movement. Measuring 4" wide, the unique streamlined design eliminates any material directly behind your knee to stop annoying "cutting in," making it an ideal knee support for running, jumper's knee (patellar tendinitis), runner's knee, minor meniscus pain, and minor arthritis.

Designed for easy care, our machine-washable and dryable knee compression band features a hygienic inner core that won’t absorb odor or bacteria. Each package includes one knee compression band that slips on easily, designed for either side and backed by a 6-month materials and workmanship guarantee; to ensure a proper fit, please consult our sizing chart and measure the circumference of your knee straight across, just below your kneecap.
