Current Return Policy:

UPDATED DEC 6, 2022:

Should a manufacturing defect occur in the first 6 months, we will gladly exchange for a new item. Body Helix will ship the replacement once pictures of the defect have been presented and approved via email to customer.service@bodyhelix.com.

In all other cases, returns for a refund are accepted on unworn, like-new products within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customer has the choice to have a refund applied to their payment method or to receive store credits.

Expedited shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded.

A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund.

If the items cannot be put back into inventory because of repeated wear or damage, a fee of 50% will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges for like-products are allowed within 30 days if the items are like-new and unworn other than to try on. Please contact customer.service@bodyhelix.com for instructions.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, you will receive a store credit for the price of the item which you can use towards the purchase of the item that you would like. Please contact customer.service@bodyhelix.com for instructions.
