The compression socks by Body Helix have quickly become my go-to sock for physical activities. Someone asked me what I like about them and I pointed out two things: First is that they support my ankle i.e. my ankles feel snug and secure and second is that they don't feel tight i.e. there's no uncomfortable loss-of-circulation feeling. I wear them for nearly everything nowadays, but I especially make sure to have a clean pair to wear when I exercise (running, cycling, or tennis).
