Customer Service Review

We made a mistake and sent the wrong product to Norman Gordon.  Mr. Gordon contacted us. Although we wish we had not made the mistake, we were delighted to receive the following note: 

"Just wanted to let you know that my replacement order was received this past Friday.  As promised, the product was correct and the postage-paid return envelope was included to return the wrong item.  That product was picked up via USPS on Saturday.  The unexpected bonus cap was quite nice!  Thanks for going the extra mile to make things right.  I look forward to using my new knee brace for an extended period of time. Best wishes for a prosperous 2016!"
